Beginning at a point in the centerline of Ohio State Highway No. 7 at the point of intersection with the Northerly line of lands now or formerly owned Fred C. Peden Jr. and Thalia C. Peden;
Thence North 1 degree 38’ 30” East along the centerline, a distance of 166.505 feet to the true place of beginning, being also the Northwest corner of a .6315 acre parcel deeded to Homer Bonner by Warranty Deed recorded March 27, 1973 as Instrument No. 769362, Trumbull County Records of Deeds;
Thence South 88 degrees 20[‘ 50” East along Bonner’s North line, a distance of 165 feet to the Westerly line of lands owned by the United States of America;
Thence North 1 degree 00’ 36” West along the lands of the United States of America a distance of 166.505 feet to the Northeast corner of lands deeded to Parker;
Thence North 88 degrees 22’ 50” West a distance of about 163.73 feet, but to the centerline of State Route No. 7 at the Northwest corner of said Parker’s lands;
Thence South 1 degree 38’ 30” West along said centerline a distance of about 166.505 feet to the true place of beginning and containing about .6315 of an acre of land, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

Said premises to be sold as the property of ASHLEY PIONTKOWSKI, ET AL to satisfy a judgment in favor of GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC on an order of sale issued from the Common Pleas Court of Trumbull County, Ohio and to me directed as Sheriff of said County.
Terms of Sale:- - CASH or CERTIFIED CHECK. Ten Percent (10%) Deposit on day of sale or 100% full purchase price if less than $3,000; Balance in Thirty (30) days from date of confirmation of sale and unless paid within thirty days shall bear interest at ten percent (10%) until paid. Bids will include real property taxes & assessments due and payable as determined by ORC Section 323.47 and shall be paid directly by successful purchaser to Trumbull County Treasurer within 30 days from confirmation of sale. Failure to comply with bid process will result in contempt charges & forfeiture of entire deposit plus any damages allowable by law.
