Situated in the Township of Howland, County of Trumbull and State of Ohio:
PARCEL NO. 1 And known as being a part of Section 37 of said Township and is bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pin at the southeast corner of a 1.795 acre parcel owned by D. Kagy, said point also being located in the center-line of Dawson Drive; thence N. 20 12’ E., a distance of 275 feet to a point; thence S. 87 degrees 42’ E., a distance of 14.08 feet to a point on the west line of a 1.00 acre parcel owned by S. Gladwell; thence southerly along the west line of Gladwell to a point at the southwest corner of Gladwell; thence S. 87 degrees 42’ E., a distance of 147 to a point at the southeast corner of Gladwell; thence S. 20 12’ W., a distance of approximately 205.5 feet to the centerline of Dawson Drive; thence N. 87 degrees 42’ W. along the centerline of Dawson Drive a distance of 162.18 feet to the place of beginning and containing therein 1.20 acres, be the same more or less but subject to all legal highways.

Beginning at an iron pin located at an angle on the northerly line of Dawson Drive at the southeasterly corner of lands owned by Kagy, as shown by the recorded plat of Green Meadows Estates, as recorded in Volume 20, at page 34, Trumbull County Records of Plats; thence N. 61 degrees 35’ east along the northerly line of Dawson Drive a distance of 15 feet to a point; thence N. 2 degrees 12’ east to a point south 87 degrees 42’ east from an iron pin located on the easterly line of lands of said Kagy; thence N. 87 degrees 42’ West to said iron pin located on Kagy lands; thence S. 2 degrees 12’ West 275 feet to the place of beginning, and containing within said bounds approximately .1 acres of land, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways and to any discrepancy which might be disclosed by an accurate survey of said premises.
It is the intention of the conveyance to convey to the Grantees a strip of land fronting 15 feet on the northerly side of Dawson Drive and extending back a distance of 275 feet along lands presently owned by Kagy with the northerly line of said strip having a course of south 87 degrees 42’ east, and the easterly line of said strip having a course of south 2 degrees 12’ West.

O’CONNOR, ET AL to satisfy a judgment in favor of DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE IN TRUST FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS FOR AMERIQUIST MORTGAGE SECURITIES TRUST 2005-R9, ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-R9 on an order of sale issued from the Common Pleas Court of Trumbull County, Ohio and to me directed as Sheriff of said County.
Terms of Sale:- - CASH or CERTIFIED CHECK. Ten Percent (10%) Deposit on day of sale or 100% full purchase price if less than $3,000; Balance in Thirty (30) days from date of confirmation of sale and unless paid within thirty days shall bear interest at ten percent (10%) until paid. Bids will include real property taxes & assessments due and payable as determined by ORC Section 323.47 and shall be paid directly by successful purchaser to Trumbull County Treasurer within 30 days from confirmation of sale. Failure to comply with bid process will result in contempt charges & forfeiture of entire deposit plus any damages allowable by law.
