Beginning at a point in the center line of the Painesville-Warren Road (SR. No. 45) said point being the southwesterly corner of lands of A.B. Wilson, as shown and recorded in Trumbull County Records of Deeds Volume 744, Page 721; thence N. 8 03’ 30” W. along the center lie of said Painesville-Warren Road, a distance of 100.00 feet to a point; thence S. 86 degrees 30” E. passing over an iron pin at 33.68 feet, on a line parallel with the southerly line of lands of said Wilson, a distance of 250.00 feet to an iron pin; thence S. 8 03’ 30” E. on a line parallel with the center line of said Painesville-Warren Road, a distance of 100.00 feet to a point in the southerly line of lands of said Wilson, a distance of 250.00 feet to the place of beginning, and containing within said bounds 0.562 of an acre of land. Said premises to be sold as the property of JOSEPH E. GRIMM ET AL to satisfy judgment in favor of JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BANK ONE, N.A. on an order of sale issued from the Common Pleas Court of Trumbull County, Ohio, and to me directed as Sheriff of Trumbull County.
Terms of Sale:- - CASH or CERTIFIED CHECK. Ten Percent (10%) Deposit on day of sale or 100% full purchase price if less than $3,000; Balance in Thirty (30) days from date of confirmation of sale and unless paid within thirty days shall bear interest at ten percent (10%) until paid. Bids will include real property taxes & assessments due and payable as determined by ORC Section 323.47 and shall be paid directly by successful purchaser to Trumbull County Treasurer within 30 days from confirmation of sale. Failure to comply with bid process will result in contempt charges & forfeiture of entire deposit plus any damages allowable by law.
