FREDERICK, ET AL DEFENDANT Notice is hereby given that on Thursday, August 12, 2010, at the hour of 9:00 A.M., I will offer for sale at Public Auction at the Commissioners Hearing Room in Warren, Ohio, the following real estate, to wit: EXHIBIT A TRACT ONE: Situated in the Township of Fowler, County of Trumbull, and State of Ohio: And known as being a part of Lot Number Fifty Six (56) according to the original survey of said Fowler Township; and is bounded and further described as follows: Beginning at a point in the center line of Ridge Road, said point being the Northeasterly corner of the Fowler Township Cemetery; thence Westerly and along the North line of said cemetery, a distance of about 170.00 feet, but to the Northeast corner of said cemetery; thence Northerly, parallel to the center line of Ridge Road, a distance of 160.00 feet, to a point; Thence Easterly, parallel to the north line of the cemetery, a distance of about 170.00 feet, but to a point in the center line of said Ridge Road; thence Southerly and along said center line, a distance of 160.00 feet, but to the place of beginning; and containing within said bounds about .624 of an acre of land, by the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways. This deed carried with it an easement over other lands of Jess Rhine to the west of the above described parcel for a drainage line to provide drainage and septic tank overflow.
