Said Sub Lot No. 191 has a frontage of 80 feet on the westerly side of Briggs Road, and extends back between parallel lines 230 feet on the northerly line, 230 feet on the southerly line and has a rear line of 80 feet, which is also the easterly side of McConnell Road, as appears by said plat.
