Beginning in the center of public highway known as State Route No. 7 (also known as the Vernon Road) at the southeast corner of lands now or formerly owned by the Standard Oil Company; thence in a westerly direction along the south line of said Standard Oil Company and beyond so as to serve lands herein granted from other lands now owned by grantors, a distance of 207 feet to a point; thence in a southerly direction on a line parallel with said public highway a distance of 250 feet to a point; thence in a easterly direction and parallel with the northerly line of land herein granted a distance of 207 feet to the center of said public highway to the place of beginning and containing within said bounds 1.186 acres of land, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

Said premises to be sold as the property of WILLIAM O. EVERIDGE, ET AL to satisfy a judgment in favor of MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. on an order of sale issued from the Common Pleas Court of Trumbull County, Ohio and to me directed as Sheriff of said County.
Terms of Sale:- - CASH or CERTIFIED CHECK. Ten Percent (10%) Deposit on day of sale or 100% full purchase price if less than $3,000; Balance in Thirty (30) days from date of confirmation of sale and unless paid within thirty days shall bear interest at ten percent (10%) until paid. Bids will include real property taxes & assessments due and payable as determined by ORC Section 323.47 and shall be paid directly by successful purchaser to Trumbull County Treasurer within 30 days from confirmation of sale. Failure to comply with bid process will result in contempt charges & forfeiture of entire deposit plus any damages allowable by law.
