Beginning at an iron pin in the centerline of Fenstermaker Avenue at the southwest corner of lands owned by R Rennolds as described in Deed Volume 559, Page 199; said point is also located S. 81 deg 10’ W. a distance of 145.00 feet from centerline of Houghton-Phelps Creek Road; thence S. 81 degrees 10’ West along the centerline of Fenstermarker Avenue (1) a distance of 110.00 feet to a point; thence N. 81 degrees 10’ E. and parallel with the centerline of
Fenstermaker Avenue a distance of 60.00 feet to an iron pin at the northwest corner of said R. Rennolds, (2) a distance of 110.00 feet to the place of beginning and containing within said bounds 0.148 acres of land. ARNIO, ET AL to satisfy a judgment in favor of BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP on an order of sale issued from the Common Pleas Court of Trumbull County, Ohio and to me directed as Sheriff of said County.
Terms of Sale:- - CASH or CERTIFIED CHECK. Ten Percent (10%) Deposit on day of sale or 100% full purchase price if less than $3,000; Balance in Thirty (30) days from date of confirmation of sale and unless paid within thirty days shall bear interest at ten percent (10%) until paid. Bids will include real property taxes & assessments due and payable as determined by ORC Section 323.47 and shall be paid directly by successful purchaser to Trumbull County Treasurer within 30 days from confirmation of sale. Failure to comply with bid process will result in contempt charges & forfeiture of entire deposit plus any damages allowable by law.
